01 Information We Collect
The Game may collect the following information, primarily through integrated third-party services necessary for its operation:
- Device and Usage Information: Your device's advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system, language, and gameplay events (e.g., level completion, in-app purchases).
- Information for Advertising: To support the free-to-play model, the Game shows advertisements and measures their performance. This involves collecting data necessary for ad delivery and analytics, as detailed in Section 3.
We do not request access to your precise GPS location, contacts, SMS, call logs, camera, microphone, or photo library. We do not collect health, biometric, or financial account information.
02 How We Use Information
The collected information is used to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Game
- Serve and measure the effectiveness of advertisements within the Game
- Estimate our audience size and analyze general usage trends
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure security
- Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to valid legal requests
03 Third-Party SDKs & Data Sharing
The Game relies on third-party Software Development Kits ("SDKs") for critical functions such as advertising and attribution. These partners act as independent data controllers for the information they collect via their SDKs. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): http://optout.aboutads.info/
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): How to Opt Out — NAI: Network Advertising Initiative
Note: The SDKs listed above are the only third-party services used by Sheep Match Tiles at the time of this Policy's effective date. If the Game integrates additional SDKs in future updates, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
04 Data Retention & Security
We do not directly store or retain the personal data collected by the third-party SDKs. Retention periods for that data are determined by the respective providers (AppsFlyer, Meta) in accordance with their own policies.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure data is transmitted securely to these partners, including the use of HTTPS/TLS for all network communications. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
05 Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
Depending on your residency, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information. Since we do not directly control the data collected by the third-party SDKs, the most effective way to exercise these rights is to:
- Use the industry opt-out links provided in Section 3 (DAA / NAI)
- Contact the relevant third-party provider (AppsFlyer or Meta) directly using the links in their privacy policies
- Reset your Advertising ID via Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID, or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
You may also contact us at kennyxiao63@gmail.com, and we will assist in forwarding your valid request to our service providers.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at kennyxiao63@gmail.com. We will promptly delete the information and take reasonable steps to close the associated account.
For players under 18, we recommend parental supervision of in-app purchases. Google Play provides Family Library and parental controls to manage gaming activity.
07 International Data Transfers
Data processed by AppsFlyer and Meta may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country of residence, including the United States and Israel. These transfers are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and other adequacy mechanisms adopted by the respective providers.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in these jurisdictions, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence.
